TERMS OF SERVICE:1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:- Model Start in $1300 USD
- Delivery time of the model, from the moment I start it, is 1 to 2 months (maximum 4 months).
- I will work on one model at a time, keep this in mind when commissioning me.
- By contacting me to request a commission, you agree to these terms of service.
- The Client must provide the necessary information for the creation of the 3D model, such as reference images, descriptions of the model, among others.
- I can refuse to do the service for any person/organization/company without explaining why.
- I don't work on NSFW (Not Safe For Work/Nudity) models
- I do not authorize the use of my work in any type of IA (artificial intelligence) or Learning machine.
- All prices are in USD
---2. 2D to 3D model:- The client must provide a good quality image in order to have a good final result.
- I can ask for the .PSD file of the 2D model, if the client has it, so that I can have better references (for hair, shadows and so on).
- Bear in mind that the model will not be exactly 1:1, I will make it as close as possible to the model based on the references provided. (The more references, the better.)---3. PAYMENT:- Payment via PayPal
- 50% of the fee must be paid before the service start and 50% after it ends.
- If I give up the commission, I will refund the initial 50% in full.
- If the customer withdraws the commission after the modeling has been completed, there will be no refund.
- Payment ONLY when it's your turn in the queue
---4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:- As a client, you agree to provide the right to use and display the 3D model for promotional and advertising purposes, such as portfolio and exhibitions (With the prior authorization of the Client).
- You must provide the 3D modeling credits to me.
- You, as the client, can use the model for commercial and personal purposes.
- You can sell the model in the future, but you'll have to give me the credit.

I only work with creating 3D models from a reference already made.---Q: What do I get when I commission you?
